Tim Ault Painting was very good. It was done during one of our snowstorms up here. So he painted, really, the whole upper floor and down the stairwell, all by himself, in about three days. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He was great. Any questions you had, you could ask. He tended to his work. You didn't feel like you were paying for something because he wasn't doing whatever he was doing. I would highly recommend to anybody, to tell you the truth. I've had many painters and he's very, very good. His prices were competitive. I took in three bids and he was by far the best bid. In fact, on the opposite side, I had a bid that was almost twice as much as he said he could do it for. He up near Greeley, Colorado and he came all the way up to Littleton, which is down by Denver. I didn't get charged for transportation, road time, gas or anything like that. It was a bargain. He was very responsive and came up in the middle of a snow storm. One of his workers couldn't get out during the storm, so he came up, literally, by himself and with a helper, not a painter, just a helper, so he can stay on schedule. I called him on a Wednesday or Tuesday and he came up on a Friday and worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He was very prompt, considering the snow storm. He put in a hard day's work. He was great. He's a young guy. He knows what he's doing. If you ask him a question, he'll answer anything you want. Like most construction type people, they get discounts from whoever their suppliers are. He gave me the same discount that he would have gotten.

Tim Ault Painting had reasonable prices and he was fast. He was good.

He is a real pro. He was meticulous and he does not have a substance abuse problem compared to other contractors I have used. He showed up on time and did a great job.
