Incredibly professional, so knowledgeable and friendly!!! So glad I called to have them help me adjust my sprinklers, the previous owners sprinkler set up didnt make sense and was wasting water. Kyle came out and made sure to check all my lines and made sure they were all working and the pointing and spraying the way they needed to, and explained to me and my boyfriend how they all worked and how to best fix the situation we had and was so easy to talk to and easy to work with. Definitely will have them out again!

Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I was greeted on the phone by a friendly voice. She was so helpful in getting an appointment for the very next day, just in time before the winter storm! Kyle called before he arrived, just as promised. When he arrived at my house, he and his assistant immediately got to work blew out the system immediately. Because TLC as prompt and good work they will be returning in the spring to dewinterize in the spring. The bill was more than fair. What I like is this is a family run business and they care about their customers, they are responsive, and they are part of the community. Recommend them highly!

It’s a small company; father son and someone else.  They came out and get that done.  They were absolutely fantastic.  They came through and they moved other jobs out and re-scheduled everything to get us in time.  They had about a weeks notice.  They did some re-scheduling and came out and it rained the whole day but they worked through the rain and got it put in. They did an excellent job.

We returned to TLC for spring turn-on and repair of our sprinkler system. They had alerted us to several problems with the system that would need work this spring and warned us it might be expensive. We were prepared for a big bill if necessary - the condition of the lawn showed that the irrigation wasn't working properly. TLC found and repaired the problems for much less (MUCH less) than we had anticipated, and got the work done in one day. These guys *know* sprinklers. They're highly professional, thorough, and nice to deal with. Our lawn is already looking much better than it has in years because it's getting the water it needs. I can't recommend them highly enough and anticipate returning to them for further work in the future.

We are very happy with their work. We had sprinkler work done a couple of years ago by a different company and several issues that were supposed to have been corrected were not. TLC gave us a good rundown of what will be required to bring our system up to snuff and suggested we wait until spring to have the work done. In the meantime they winterized the system as requested. The initial estimate for the edging date was not met; but again I am impressed with the reason for the slippage. The initial estimate over the phone did not take into account the fact that our lot is a corner lot with a large amount of edge. The owner drove by to get an idea of the size of the job and then called us back to confirm that it would cost more than the original guess before starting the work. I'm very pleased by their professionalism and knowledge. We will definitely be calling them back in the spring to have our system repaired.

They were excellent. Quick and honest. I had them out for a repair and then made sure to contact them again to winterize. The woman who answers the phone is lovely and remembered me; it really is a great local business!

Larry and his son Kyle came to my house after I had gotten home from work which was great; this way I could talk to the guy about this work and future work. Larry is personable and willing to work with you. He blew out the sprinklers, gave me tips for winterizing and said that he would place me on his list to contact in the spring. The company card lists the ability to a lot more than just sprinkler systems.
I am looking forward to a long working relationship.

He showed up late (around 6 pm) on the day he was supposed to come, unannounced. I expected to get an estimate and a date for replacing the valve. Instead, he just went at it. The job took about 45 minutes It has been working fine ever since
