Sweet Roofing

19 July 2021, As a retired design/build general contractor I know all too well how hard it is to find good subs. I vetted over a dozen roofing companies to do the re-roof on my house and shop building. I was not 100% happy with any of them. Even the 3 that I had selected to be on my short list. I was not looking for the “cheapest” bid but rather for the most competent company. Having seen one of Sweet’s trucks in Longmont I decided to check them out. They were so far above the rest in meeting my picky, but reasonable, parameters it was a nobrainer to use them on my own home. They did a wonderful job. As expected they were more expensive than some of the other firms but quality of work is paramount in my mind. I know from nearly 50 years in the building industry that a low bid does not indicate a less expensive job. Most often it means a much more expensive job fixing poor workmanship.
