My experience with her was very good. Her indication was good and she was on time. She was very polite.

I had some trouble scheduling the work and getting back in touch with Kathy. She didn't return my second call for a while, but she did finally get back to me. She and her son worked for 4 hours, so I paid $160. The work was okay, but not that thorough. I had to pay another cleaning company $180 to finish the job.

She has been very good. She charges $18 per hour. She is very kind. She does a good job. I feel safe with her in my house. I have lived overseas a lot, so I have a lot of weird stuff that could go easily missing and I don't worry about things missing. She is a very good person. We are still getting to know each other, and she hasn't been working for me that long. I need to be around to explain how the work needs to be done and it's not her fault. I like her. She has to come all the way from Greely, which is 30-45 minutes from here, and she is not expensive. She is very good about when we talked a while or she'd be eating her lunch and she will insist on taking that off the bill, which I appreciate. She is very good at the basics because my house is very complicated. I work on the computer whole day and I will be busy, so I don't get time to give her direction. She is always on time, if not early.

Kathy was on time and got to work immediately. I could not have asked for more. My parents were coming for a visit, so it was great to get the job done so well before their arrival. She did a level at a time, finishing with the kitchen. She cleaned the refrigerator. I had called Merry Maids and the estimate was $350 plus $50 for the refrigerator. She used my vacuum cleaners which was fine with me. She used most of her own cleaning supplies. She steam cleaned the kitchen floor.

My home was in great need of some loving touches, after all the holiday dinners and traffic. Kathy was very cheerful and dressed for a great days worth of work ahead of her. Kathy asked for a detailed list of items I would like for her to do. She also asked if there was anything that she was not to touch/move. Kathy asked what cleaning products I would like for her to use for each job/task at hand. After she had completed the list of chores my home just sparkled and smelled fresh and new. I was ever so grateful to have a clean home again. I just hope she will have time to come back before Christmas.
