They are really courteous and nice. They listened very well when they were doing the walk through our house to let them know what we wanted them to do. They are very knowledgeable. The interior designer, Katie Stack is very educated. She has her college degree in interior design and she has a couple of national certifications. She is experienced as well and that is what I like about them.
