Mike Dinkel (owner) arrived at our house within one day of being called to discuss our needs, look over the system, determine what needed to be fixed, and make suggestions for improvements. He gave us a verbal quote that day, which we approved, and he and his crew returned within 3 days to complete the work. They came when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, and the final cost was as estimated. They were friendly and professional.
