 + 0 moreI recently bought a unit in a complex managed by Property Technica. I was sad to hear how unhappy people are to be there. This was once a peaceful happy community when it had a resident manager. I would like to see this board hire a company that would help them to govern the community properly.
Description of Work: This company manages my HOA. The owner, Steve Reed, is rude and intimidating to the homeowners at meetings. Under his management, the board has violated the bylaws, neglected maintenance, hired uninsured workers, and become insular. I think they have gotten very bad advice. I would not recommend them to an HOA seeking a management company.
