Phi-Perfect

i HIRED TIM TO FENCE IN MY YARD AND ALSO DO A PARTITION BETWEEN MY HOUSE AND MY NEIGHBORS. WHEN I CALLED TIM, HE CAME OUT THAT VERY DAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER FENCE BUILDERS THAT I CALLED. HE STARTED THE NEXT DAY AND FINISHED LESS THAT THE AGREED UPON TIME. TWO OF MY NEIGHBORS SAW WHAT HE HAD DONE AND THEY CONTRACTED TIM TO DO WORK ON FENCING THEIR YARDS. MY FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL - MY DAUGHTER CAME BY YESTERDAY AND COMMENTED ON HOW WONDERFUL IT LOOKED. MY YARD LOOKS TREAT NOW. I'M TRYING TO COME UP WITH OTHER PROJECTS FOR TIM TO DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND TIM FOR ANY OF YOUR WOODWORKING NEEDS. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING - A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMENDS HIM TO ANYONE - WHO NEEDED WORK DONE.

I called Tim after looking him up in May of 2021 on Home Advisor. We made an appointment, he showed up promptly and looked at what I wanted done. He got back with me with an estimate and we settled on the amount for the job. It was a 2nd story deck/carport with a 24 ft stairway. I also wanted to take the window out and put in a door. He has done a perfect job, I have told him at least twice what and wonderful job on the stairway. This deck with his expertise has turned out wonderful. Could not be more pleased! Tim was wonderful to work with. Very personable and professional. We had Tim do framing and finish work on a pre-existing shed. He did an excellent job. We were very please with the completed project.

Quick work

Tim has been such a huge help for me and my family. I had someone come and say it would be 20k to fix a structural issue in the attic. Tim came and looked at it and was HONEST. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy people who are not trying to scam or get as much money out of you anymore. He is doing the work for 1/4 of what the other company wanted to charge. He explained the problem and explained how to fix it. He knows what he's doing and makes home owners feel more at ease with that work that's being done. I'm very thankful that home advisor got us in contact.

Tim did a quality job to date. He will finish up in the next two days. I will write additional comments when he is done. I am very satisfied with his work ethic and communications with me each day.
