Worst experience with a contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Isaiah did a great job painting rails and doors throughout our house (aside from never coming back to touch up), but he completely ruined our floors. The toilet was not set right after flooring install and it leaked into the basement for weeks before we found the damage. Hard wood floor underneath was warped and completely ruined. I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the damage and reinstall floors for the second time. I’m out over $1k in addition to the mess I had to deal with. The worst part was being absolutely ghosted for months. To this day I have not been reimbursed, nor has Isaiah been back to assess the damage (that is mostly fixed now) or even attempt to make it right. We also hired him to paint 17 blinds for us during this time which were later returned unpainted and actually missing 2 that we still do not have. I do everything I can to support small businesses and it is extremely unfortunate to be treated like this.
