All of our customers are expected to pay 50% of the contract and the rest at final, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

We chose this contractor for our re-roof on account of our experience with him several years earlier finishing our basement. THAT EXPERIENCE WAS REPORTED TO ANGIES LIST AS AN EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE. However this re-roof can only be described as of mediocre quality and absence of professionalism. This contractor has completely lost my respect , trust , admiration and future business.
Description of Work: Sub contracted new roof after covered loss due to hail damage.
