Spectacular!

Installer arrived to do the measurements and came back when he said but did not have all the materials for the shelf. This was the same shelf that I had waited on the last time. So I set another delivery date but really wasn't sure what to expect. This time he was there and the shelf was put in just as I had requested. I would have been much happier had Moffat really tried to contact me when they said that they did in their response. I have a cell phone number that was on the invoice and my husband and I are pretty easy to find since we both have public jobs but since they had not billed me I figured it would work out eventually. I just did not count on it taking over 18 months and my getting tired of not having the glass in my table top and my shelf. This time I did get the bill so I suspect that whatever issue they had with "Mike" first guy has been resolved but I would urge them to make sure that they stay on top of their order fulfillment. I know from conversations that I am not the only person who has had this issue.

I would highly recommend the team at Moffat Paint and Glass. They were extremely friendly and courteous. The work they did was exceptional! I had them replace a cracked window and a set of couter balances on another window. Their estimates were accurate, they did the work in a very timely manner, and took special care to clean up. One area they were working in was our new basement with new carpet. Joe was extremely careful around our new paint and carpet, which my wife really appreciated. I will call upon them again as needed and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable service at a fair price!
