For the first 7 years the service was very good. The concept is great and the potential is unlimited. The quality of the service is dependent upon the office manager and her ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff. This quality has deteriorated over the last couple of years. In the past I could voice any concerns or problems (I had very few) and they were immediately addressed. Over the last two years the service was fair at best. I continued to hope this would be corrected, however, it wasn't and I finally gave up and discontinued the service. If you decide to try this service make sure to have them visit your home and agree on EXACTLY what they will do. Agree on the job/services, not time; some teams take much longer to do the same job than others. I hope this helps.
