Appliance Repair
Once they were paid for the service call, they never came back to install the part that needed to be ordered (by me, manually as they couldn't find it). 19 phone calls and 2, "no show-no calls," later, I fixed the thing myself. VERY disappointing. I was without a dishwasher for 2 weeks waiting for them. They barely answer the phone, and when they do, they say they will, "Call you back," but don't. No option to leave a voicemail either.
