very nice; very prompt; and did exactly what he said they would do. Not only did they do a great job cleaning the carpets, they left the condo locked and secure after leaving. The carpet looks fantastic and very refreshed.  Levi said he would call me about 3 pm to make sure I was available at that time, and his timing was exact.  I would absolutely have them back again if needed, and I will recommend them to my friends.

At 5 a.m. this morning we woke up to find that our dog had become sick overnight.  She had developed bloody diarrhea and had gone all over our house; in multiple rooms.  After spending several hours in the doggie ER and at our local vet, we finally came home.  It looked like a crime scene to us.  On our way home, we stopped and purchased carpet spot treater and cleaner for our Bissell carpet cleaner.  We used the entire bottle of spot treater and then let it set for an hour, according to directions.  
I then pulled out our carpet cleaner and attempted to clean the multiple areas.  However, my carpet cleaner couldn't touch the spots.  It barely worked at all.  So, we called Doug's Carpet Cleaning.  Talk about responsiveness, they were here in less than an hour!  We thought maybe we had made it worse by trying to treat it on our own.  They assured us that we hadn't.  They cleaned multiple spots/areas in multiple locations.  In addition, they cleaned our steps.  They quoted us a price of $343 and they held true to their estimate.
Not only did they get out all the bloody dog droppings, they also managed to pull out several stains that had been set for a couple years.  The carpet, in spite of being over 10 years old in the basement, now looks almost brand new.
They were extremely professional and easy-going and knowledgeable.  And, they guarantee their work.

Doug and his son were wonderful. They were very responsive, and were able to clean our rental immediatly!
I had looked around, and other services were so expensive. Doug and Levi came out and cleaned all of the carpet in our home, and they did an fantastic job. The carpet looked brand new, and they were in and out quickly. Additionally, their prices were very fair, and their attention to detail was wonderful.
Doug and Levi were so wonderful, that we actually had them come over and clean the carpet in our new home.
I will call them everytime I have an issue. They are great!!!

It was all good. They with my schedule. I had to postpone their first appointment because there are circumstances beyond everybody's control and they are gracious about that. Their work is also great, I didn't expect the carpets to be brought back to its old form.
