Concrete Repair
The man is polite. The price was OK. When something goes wrong he blames it on the man he just fired, and hires back. Or he blames you for things he didn't do, such as properly compacting the ground back into the hole he excavated. I lived here long enough too know that the dirt that was missing under the landing that broke off wasn't from rain runoff from my roof washing it away like he said. There is more to it than that but it's just more of his lies.
