Interior Painting, Exterior Painting
I hired painter (Carlos Limones / Angie Martinez) proposed reasonble price excluding materials. I have a rental residence in Greeley, but I live in Colorado Springs about 120 miles away. I purchased materials. He then "Begins" work. He texts pictures of his work on day 1, He then says "work is almost done, just a little clean up remaining" and requests payment in full. Once paid, he never returns to finish or clean up. Total scam. Won't respond to texts, calls, emails and communication. Should be in jail. I have pictures and copies of all communications if needed.
