Contacted Duffie after moving some empty boxes in the garage and finding a significant amount of mouse droppings.  It was a Sunday and I fully expected to have to wait until Monday to get a response.  To my surprise, Duffie returned my call within 10 minutes and he fit me into his schedule for Monday.  He called Monday morning to confirm and again when he was on the way to my home.  He was prompt and did a thorough inspection of the garage, basement, and other potential areas of the house.  He found a significant mouse issue in the garage and a few droppings in the basement.  He clearly explained the options to me and the related costs.  He offered a very reasonable discounted price for the amount of work he did and necessary supplies.   He patiently answered all my questions.  He explained what to expect with the traps he places and how to manage them.  Also he was cognizant of the materials he was using since we have small children and a dog.  We are moving in a few weeks and plan on getting on a regular schedule with him to address the needs of our new home.

He and his wife were professional, worked hard, were courteous, and explained in detail what they were doing and what I needed to do in order for this problem not to happen again.  I  loved having them come!

They were great at communicating with us, came on time and did a very professional job of removing a basketball sized hornet nest in a tree.  Duffie is great at communicating and setting expectations.   I'm not a fan of chemicals, but sometimes there is no other way.   It is great to have a pro do such jobs.   I would highly recommend them.

Duffie showed up on time, was very pleasant and easy to talk to, assessed our earwig infestation, and we mutually decided to just spray around the outside of the house and garage for now.  He gave me a discount from $125 to $95, ? senior?  We haven't seen ANY bugs except a few "daddy long legs" since, and it's been 6 days.  This was the most pleasant interaction I've had with any provider on Angie's List so far!!!

They were fast, thorough and explained all different mitigation options for us and prospective home buyers. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism in front of myself and prospective home buyers. I will use them in the future if mice come vacationing in my home in the future.

It was pretty good. He came pretty quickly and did what he had to do. The ants came back very soon and he came back and did another application. They are still there but they are better. He is really good. I've used him before. I don't know if the ants have gotten resistant to his product or what. The first time he got the ants immediately and this time it didn't go as well. I don't think it is his fault.

The guy who came seems very knowledgeable, and he came right away.  Also, his treatment worked well.

He was very freindly and informative, not at all pushy in his suggestions.  I decided to have the house sprayed initially and to have the bi-monthly service to keep the bugs at bay.  I haven't ever had to have a service like this performed before but our house has a unique architecture and there is A LOT of perimeter space and I thought the rates were perfectly reaonable.  The kids talking and following us around the whole time we were looking at the house/basement didn't even seem to bother him, and whaterver product he used was dry quickly and then posed no harm to kids/pets so that was great!
