After purchasing appliances from Brand Source (in itself a very pleasant experience with helpful and knowledgeable employees) we had them delivered and installed in our kitchen. The delivery occurred within 15 minutes of the estimated time and installation was completed in the time frame promised. The installers did their work carefully and cleanly then took the time to provide an overview of how each appliance operates. There was a problem with the refrigerator install, but explanations were provided and suggestions made for how it could be improved (steps needed that they were not able to do). We would definitely buy from Brand Source again and will use their repair service when needed.

Steve from Brand Source arrived on time. He replaced door links on our Kitchenaid unit and took the time to explain clearly what And why he did what he did for my wife. Excellent personal service from Steve who represented his company well. Will certainly use again and two thumbs up! Roger
