I did order the furniture and it came in about the time they said it would.
Mitch (the owner of Ben's) came down to the Springs and spent several hours setting up the furniture. (The bed had drawers underneath and it had a huge headboard with lights and fans.) He and his helper were friendly, asked me questions about where and how I wanted things. They also gave me a chance to put on the bed skirt before putting the mattress back on. They adjusted the handle pulls. After they left, I noticed two tiny scratches on the mirror. They drove back down another day and replaced the mirror.
I have never been to their store, but I was very pleased with the service I got, and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
