B-N-Trees

I found them on the street--2 guys.  One was strapped high into a tree with a chainsaw.  The other was putting branches into a chipper.  I stopped and asked them if they removed trees and asked for an estimate.  They gave me a business card and said they'd be by at 4 that afternoon.  They came by when they said they would!  They said they would remove my giant cottonwood from the backyard for what the previous company had estimated.  If it weren't for the weather, they would have started that Monday.  They called me to let me know they wouldn't be in that day and scheduled for the next.  They showed up on time.  They rang the doorbell before beginning.  They asked if they could use the driveway and kept half of it clear for me so I could access my vehicle.  They piled the mulch in our garden for us.  They cleaned up every day they worked.  They rang the doorbell each day they came and discussed what their daily goals were and what I could expect.  They called if they were running late.  They rang the doorbell before they left for the day. There was one small incident where a section of tree took out a fence plank.  They told me about it, pointed it out and fixed it the next day to where I couldn't tell anything had happened!  There was so much communication, professionalism and consideration, I was floored and even paid them extra!
