ALL TERRAIN LANDSCAPING

We moved here in 2016 from Northglenn where we lived for 30 plus years. This house has a sprinkler system, which we have never had, but I was told it was inoperable. In 2017 I called All Terrain and they came and repaired it in a very short time and at a reasonable price. Every since then they have always met any appointments, usually earlier, and have done an outstanding job of keeping the system going. They also alert me to any items that may need to done in the future. I met Tony for the first time yesterday -boy what a fireball and friendly--great organization!!!!!!!!!

Tony and Simchah came early. They asked questions till they understood what we wanted done and where. They completed the job in a timely manner and were polite and informational. They answered all our questions and gave us good advice. If we wanted anything else accomplished we would want them to be the ones to return to help us. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Our relationship with All Terrain started out quite good. They came out when scheduled and repaired our system. We had a few valves and sprinkler heads replaced in the first 3 months we were in our new home, and they handled it all and did a great job.
This changed in November last year.  We were scheduled for a blowout of our system, and had an appointment. We were scheduled to be out of our house and advised them we would not be home that day, but that they could still do the work and send us the bill. A month passed and we never received an invoice, so I called and asked what was going on. Apparently there was some sort of computer issue which caused our appointment to be deleted. As such our system was not blown out until late november after several freezes has occurred.
Fast forward to this year, all of our valves start breaking. Despite being told that they "honor their work" and that we wouldn't be responsible for any damage caused, not once have they offered to replace a valve for free, despite them all being repaired by them less than a year ago. This I could accept as it was an honest mistake and it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
This is where things go from bad to worse. We've made several appointments with them over the past 3 months trying to get valves repaired. Two of them they just didn't show up for at all.  I should mention that we now live in Fort Collins, and this property is in Greeley, so driving forty minutes for someone to not show up and not call is unacceptable. Another time work was done, and the system obviously was not tested, so we went roughly two weeks not knowing two zones of our system were out
(as it runs before we were awake). They did promptly fix the error when we notified them.
I can't say I would recommend using this company. It might just be that their lawn irrigation services are a side business and not that important to them, but if that is the case they should simply not offer the service. I've given them the benefit of the doubt on four or five separate occasions, but with issues continuing I am going elsewhere and I would recommend that anyone else who values their time do so as well.
I would note, their receptionist/the person who works at the office has always been great.
