 + -1 moreThe worse property manager. Wouldn't give 24 hour inspection. Showed up to inspections drunk and slurring speech. Did not maintain property when we told them about problems with the property. Took over a year to get anything fixed or replaced if it even did. We had to replace appliances that broke and the owner is suing us due to the lack of property management following through with repairs or damages during the 5 years we lived in the residence
Description of Work: Fence replaced Smoke alarm that was out if reach to put batteries in. It beeped for over a year. Heater in garage broke 6 months after moved in never repaired. Gate was suppose to be added to enclose back yard. Fridge broke took months to get a replacement that was too small for our family. Fireplace was repaired numerous times and still didn't work properly. Threshold was never repaired. Owner is now trying to charge us for all these repairs

 + -1 moreWe were told to call for an application and it was emailed to me. I continued to call Eddie to hand in the application and left several messages. Spoke with Cheryl and she stated to call Eddie. After many calls and messages, Eddie still has not responded. Time is tight and we will be forced to look elsewhere.
Description of Work: Cheryl and Eddie showed a rental property and Eddie was threatening that the property would be watched. Made me felt that he would not trust me. We were only looking, but was interested. This was for my son Richard.
