All About Properties provides comprehensive, reliable, and trustworthy management services. Many of our clients are out of state owners who rely on the diligence and personal involvement of a proven company to manage their home in a manner that will insure their peace of mind during their absence from the local market. We will manage your home with a hands-on approach and treat it as if it were one of our own investments. Our reputation is built upon our efforts to provide excellent care of our owners and tenants, as well.

The worse property manager. Wouldn't give 24 hour inspection. Showed up to inspections drunk and slurring speech. Did not maintain property when we told them about problems with the property. Took over a year to get anything fixed or replaced if it even did. We had to replace appliances that broke and the owner is suing us due to the lack of property management following through with repairs or damages during the 5 years we lived in the residence

Affordable property, landlord takes care of requests quickly and friendly. We have rented from them since Sept 2018 and have had no issues.

We were told to call for an application and it was emailed to me. I continued to call Eddie to hand in the application and left several messages. Spoke with Cheryl and she stated to call Eddie. After many calls and messages, Eddie still has not responded. Time is tight and we will be forced to look elsewhere.
