The service techs were very knowledgeable and helpful. They completed the job on time and the invoiced amount was exactly what the quote was. They even dealt with Atmos for our gas rebate. During our numerous phone conversations the staff was very helpful and polite. They give us detailed instructions on how to use the new equipment as well as tips for lowering our energy bill and getting the most out of our new equipment.
I love working with Dusty and his crew. We will continue to use them for years to come.

.Showed up on schedule, got the work done. I bought a contract with them last year and this was included in the contract. I will purchase that same contract again this year as my system gets older. The service techs are very professional and very thorough. I have used Air Solutions (formerly Aire Serv of Weld County) for several years and have been very pleased with their service

Staff arrived earlier than appointment time and completed job well within quoted time. Left job site better than before. This is the second time Aire Serv has done work for me. I highly recommend this firm.

Aire Serv completed installation of air conditioner that original installer declared was complete and refused to return and finish installation. Aire Serv corrected installation defects and made sure the HVAC system performed completely to manufacture's specifications. I made the mistake of paying in full the original installer $6000.00 before the final inspection, where in I had no leverage to compel the original installer to finish the job. Aire Serv completed the installation including hooking up the TEV valve that was not hooked up to begin with. This operation and the installation of the correct amount of Freon made the system work properly. Two technicians came from Greeley and spent more than two hours resolving all of the deficiencies and making sure the HVAC system worked properly.The charges were more than reasonable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm for any installations or repairs. I wish I would have had AIRE SERV do the original installation. I firmly believe the job would have been done right the first time.
