I am so upset about the poor performance of this company, I intend to write every local government agency I can come up with that can do something about these conditions!! I rent, and my landlord owns my unit. Longsview (Adare) have a contract with the home owners to take care of the property. The cover the water bills and such as well. There is a clubhouse (advertised as usable) on site that most of the items are broken and no one is given a key to the clubhouse. Basically, the place has turned into a ghetto, and the people who were "scammed" into buying from here are stuck living in these conditions. Nothing is taken care of by this company!!!
