I am so upset about the poor performance of this company, I intend to write every local government agency I can come up with that can do something about these conditions!!
I rent, and my landlord owns my unit. Longsview (Adare) have a contract with the home owners to take care of the property. The cover the water bills and such as well. There is a clubhouse (advertised as usable) on site that most of the items are broken and no one is given a key to the clubhouse. Basically, the place has turned into a ghetto, and the people who were "scammed" into buying from here are stuck living in these conditions. Nothing is taken care of by this company!!! Don't be Fooled!!Below is just One out of many links you can find pertaining to this William "Bill" Percel who is co-owner of this company!
