I was impressed at how they worked hard to control dust and mess getting into the house when they had to tear out the existing wall. While initial discussions suggested we could get the project built for about $100 per sq ft, the final project came in closer to $150 per sq ft. And, Dennis initially told us they could probably finish the project in 2 weeks, it took more like 4 weeks. Regardless, we are very pleased with the finished project. I was very impressed with the framing work that got completely framed in 2 days. As the project progressed we made some changes from the original estimate that increased costs. To partially offset those increases we accepted doing the painting ourselves. It did seem like some of the finishing details drug out but this did not inconvenience us in any way.
