I had a monthly invoice for internet and . He said that he could take me up to the next level of service but he never upgraded me nor called me back. He is very deceptive. He makes everyone feel like his best friend and that makes me nervous. He has shown to be very irresponsible. He's the type of business man that uses phrases like "its all good" and "don't worry"

"There are some area's in which service can't be any faster and the wireless is not always perfect. The customer was very short and not easy to work with. as a one person business covering 4000 square miles with wireless internet. It can't be perfect for every person. I spent many nights getting hers to work and finally gave her all of her money back. I believe that you treat every person regardless of the nature of the situation as a friend. I know almost every customer on a first name basis. repetitive trips to a person's house at a $20 per month charge, is not feasible. There are area's in-which the service is excellent and area's where it is not, and I fully disclose that before promises are made."
