Valleywide Fence

offense that I spent a ton of money on with huge gaps between the fence and the ground. Offense that I had to spend another $500 on so it would keep my dogs in and two days of my labor to fix it. Offense with loose post the day they left people from the company even wiggled the post and said they may have to come back and fix it. Why wouldn't that be fixed to start with. my fence that I spent a ton of money on looks like crap, looks jerry-rigged. I stress to everyone that came to my house that this fence was for my dogs. I was told later I had a choice between the top rail looking good and flat or gaps between the fence. Apparently they did not understand the thousand times that I told them the most important thing about this fence was my dogs. If I wanted a pretty fence I would not had them put up a chain link fence.

I didn't have a great experience with this company. They are extremely difficult to communicate with . . . I had to call again and again before a reply; they are also slow to get a job done. It took five days to get a simple estimate. They did do some work for me . . the fence is fine, but the gate looks awful, like it was hammered together, the vinyl split rather awkwardly. I'm disappointed in the appearance of it. After seeing their estimate to do some additional work, I'm going to turn to someone else. That estimate is insane, just to have the headache of it all. The people themselves are very friendly, once you actually get hold of them. I think maybe they are in over their heads with business, and don't understand how important customer service is. And then there is that gate; my brother-in-law, a handyman, is going to fix it - he just shook his head and said it would have taken a simple few bolts to make it look better put together. As it is it looks bad... They will go over estimate too, since once the workmen got here they determined it couldn't be done the way they told me when it was estimated.. Oh well, lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend them.

We wanted it put in for a birthday party and they only had 2-3 weeks notice.
They actually got it installed 5 days sooner.
Installation was fast and professional.
We are very happy

The installer was prompt on the start day and from the beginning was highly skilled and professional.  Blue, the owner came with him and introduced him to me and lined out what they were to do.  Andres (the installer) was a delight.  He takes such pride in his work and concern for the customer that his value exceeded  the cost. 
I am sure the level of work by Valley Wide Fence is good but I would ask for Andres if I were to do it again.  He is over-the-top worth it.

Very prompt and professional.  Fence turned out beautifully.  Materials were top quality and installers were excellent.  I will definitely use Valleywide Fence Co. again.  Sean went above and beyond to accomodate our needs.

The Valleywide fencing crew were fast & efficient, corrected any mistakes without me having to ask, & were enjoyable to have around.The crew worked together with camaraderie & cleaned up all debris etc when they were finished. Was pretty straight forward, explained that we wanted to seperate each units yard and tie in to the existing fence out back.
They where done with all the units in three days and left the yards clean and neat.

Fence extension took approx three days and was done very precise. Rail placed by a very nice man who did an excellent job.

The two men that came out did a very good job. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices was reasonable and I will use them again.
