Laurinda and I played phone tag for a little while, but she always got back to me in a timely manner. Once we connected the process went quickly. Laurinda is a consummate professional. When there was a problem, or I had a question, she was right there with answers. If I called, she called back. If I emailed, she emailed back. She called a couple of times when I would not have expected because I thought she was probably gone from the office. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this whole procedure was as stress free as possible. The closing took place at the Unifirst office. I got there a little early and they were all there, ready to go. We took care of business and I was back to work within 45 minutes. I was very happy with their services.
The only reason they got a B score for price is because they charged $83 for a credit report and no one explained to me why it costed so much even though I asked. Other than that I was satisfied with their fees.
