Description of Work: Stephanie spent a great deal of time explaining reverse mortgages. She also printed |Information for me to take with me. Although I was stressed about finances, she applied no pressure and certainly allowed me time to consider all opportunities. I value her professionalism. Because of the aforementioned traits I trust this businesswoman and would not hesitate to use her advice in the present and the future.

+ -1 moreLaurinda and I played phone tag for a little while, but she always got back to me in a timely manner. Once we connected the process went quickly. Laurinda is a consummate professional. When there was a problem, or I had a question, she was right there with answers. If I called, she called back. If I emailed, she emailed back. She called a couple of times when I would not have expected because I thought she was probably gone from the office. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this whole procedure was as stress free as possible. The closing took place at the Unifirst office. I got there a little early and they were all there, ready to go. We took care of business and I was back to work within 45 minutes. I was very happy with their services. The only reason they got a B score for price is because they charged $83 for a credit report and no one explained to me why it costed so much even though I asked. Other than that I was satisfied with their fees.
Description of Work: I tried to refinance my mortgage with about 4 other companies. There were no problems with my credit, etc., but no one was able to do it for some reason that they wouldn't tell me. My original financiers told me I had a Rural Development loan. They could not do a refinance themselves and referred me to Laurinda Conrad at Unifirst.
