 + -1 moreMr Bertram was professional, courteous and thorough. He was prompt and kind as we're Baby Boomers and he's a young man. By the way he treated us like he would a friend, never talked down to us. He had so much to do he took the unit with him but returned it the next day. There were no surprises, he did exactly what he said he would and more. My unit is organized quick the files no longer stray. he even cleaned the case. His name is Chris Bertram, his company is Tech Support and I can honestly say he's the best computer rep we've ever had.
Description of Work: I have an older computer-XP- that had never been serviced. It was slow, and had just recently started loosing files. The cd and dvd's drives were down, I was finding my files in places like the Windows system files. Also He had to come to my home to fix it, as I couldn't take it in. He replaced my dvd and cd drives, cleaned all the junk from the hard drive, set up my new monitor and re-wired my desk top and my husbands new lap top. his is windows 7 ,mine xp but now we can access both.
