Mr Bertram was professional, courteous and thorough. He was prompt and kind as we're Baby Boomers and he's a young man. By the way he treated us like he would a friend, never talked down to us. He had so much to do he took the unit with him but returned it the next day. There were no surprises, he did exactly what he said he would and more. My unit is organized quick the files no longer stray. he even cleaned the case. His name is Chris Bertram, his company is Tech Support and I can honestly say he's the best computer rep we've ever had.
