Punctual, professional, did a good job

They did a great job and the mulberry tree is just loving it.

It went very well they managed to fit me in during their busy season. All my trees were trimmed and the remains were all taken away leaving me with no mess to clean up.

After three weeks I called to check in and T4 came out and treated the one tree, but did no trimming. After two more calls and about three more weeks, T4 trimmed both trees, doing a minimal job of thinning one and barely touching the tree that was growing into my house. I am not a tree expert. Maybe this was all that that variety of tree could be trimmed, but it looks to me like I will need to get it trimmed again within six months. I called Teddy to discuss this, left a voicemail, and he never returned my call.

Also trimmed a tree in my back yard. The guys who came out were friendly and answered all my questions. They were even willing to carve a seat out of a piece of the tree that we kept for seating in our front yard.

They came and did the job and cleaned up well.

I did not think that the time frame was accurate. They were not able to finish all of the work in our time frame so they had to call in another company to finish the work. Depending on the situation, I might use them again in the future.

The guys were outstanding. I can't tell you how good they were. They work together so well. The trees look so much better on the golf course area. They were very responsive.

Great, trees are healthy and going strong

It was an easy call and set up for them to give me a bid and for them to do their job. They were clear in explaining to us what they were going to do and some things we should have done. They were not pushy in their sales, I think they were very fair in their pricing especially for the quality of work performed. I'd use them again. People get one chance to impress me with their quality of work, that's it. I'd ask them back, in fact I'm going to in about 2 weeks. Enough said. Give them a shot!

Crew arrived on time, checked in with us again on what was to be done and went to work. They did not take long breaks and they were fast and efficient and took care with their work. Very professional crew. Their clean up was excellent-the areas where they worked had no wood or trash left at all. We had to wait 2 weeks to get on their calendar, but feel it was worth the wait. Our job was not of an urgent nature. The boss, Teddy, came out to give us the estimate and was our phone and email contact- Teddy responded both to our email and phone messages. He also came out when the crew first started their work to discuss with them what was to be done. Good supervision of the work crew. They were not the cheapest, but they did an excellent job.

My overall experience was excellent. They provided good service. They are arborists. They are certified and have a good track record. They are knowledgeable. The people that came out were very good. They were a little bit pricey. I would use them again in the future.

They arrived at my house right on time, 8:30 am. The crew knew exactly what needed to be done and they didn't waist any time. At 10:15 they left and everything went smoothly. They did such a good job cleaning up that the ground was actually cleaner than before they came.
