Their first response was great. They took out all the wet, damaged material and dried the room/walls, etc. After having no luck getting a contractor to come fix the damaged dry wall, we had to do it ourselves. The problem was getting Stretchers to come back and finish. It took 3 calls and three weeks asking them to call me back. I kept getting an answering service. They never did call back, but I finally got someone besides the answering service and they came the next week, on the day and at the time promised. Was happy with the work, just not happy with trying to get hold of them to come back.
