My air conditioner was over heating and could not be used. I had been to three other places that told me they had to
replace a part that was approximately $400.00. I took it to Simpson and they said the part was just dirty and they cleaned it
for me and charged me $35.00, saving me at least $365.00. They could have replaced it and I would have never known. They are certainly honest.
