Reason for B grade for punctuality is an apparent miscommunication between owner and workers when workers left to go to another job before my new roof was completely installed. Another crew came back to complete the work which the county inspector approved.

I was disappointed with the high number of fully exposed low nails. In a 26 square roof we had about 20 low nails. They did nothing initially to seal them. When I contacted them regarding the issue they just put a clear silicon over the top of them. Some of the low nails were below the ridge cap and were only there because they got a little crooked and would have needed a new row of shingles, not these guys. Nail em low and hope they don't see it. Ask an experienced roofer they will tell you the right way to fix a low nail is to remove the shingle and replace it. The owner really didn't seem surprised by the low nails. I found areas where they had run out of drip edge so they simply didn't put any on. One spot they ripped a shingle taking old drip edge off (after I asked them to install it as promised), their solution was to cut a piece of a shingle and nail it over to hide the damage. The felt paper tore and they weren't concerned, they roofed right over it. Most of the crew didn't speak English and the ones that did were not fluent. Communication was difficult from start to finish. I got a good price, but paid for it in sloppy work, and when I brought issues up I was reminded that they bid low and normally they get more money. They will probably know it's me writing this and so I might not get good service later, but fair warning, the quality of my roof was low.

What I liked about them was that they were very fast. Overall the roof itself turned out well. I had some issues that they came back and fixed. they didn't seal up the flashing around the chimney and I called them to redo that.
