 + -1 moreI was refereed to Royal Restoration by a friend who told me they were the best. He also said you get what you pay for so I was expecting it to be expensive. I was in need of prompt carpet cleaning for a rental property that had some pretty severe staining. I knew that my personal shampooer would not cut it. I received a quote for 3 rooms for $135 which I thought was fair, a little more than a national company but not much. The cleaning was excellent and the carpet looked nearly new. When I received the bill in the mail it was for the entire house! I called Royal and explained what happened and they agreed to only charge for the initial rooms and apologized for the misunderstanding. That alone will make me a repeat customer. The quality of cleaning will solidify the deal.
