One guy came out to do initial estimate and diagnosis. He seemed pretty professional . 2 days later he no longer was working for them and the people who came to do the job did not know anything about the problem and had not been informed by the original technician what we had agreed on. Consequently they didn't do what had been agreed,on, never made a video of the obstruction in the sewer line as had been promised so I have no idea what they did, dug an enormous trench through the middle of the yard and just dumped dirt on top of it, didn't tamp it down or replace sod. The ground sunk almost a foot and I had to pay landscapers to repair my lawn. The price was outrageous and I later learned I could have had trenchless sewer line replacement for much less. A plumber who came by later to do another job said the clean out pipe they installed was done incorrectly.
