Florists
First I will start with the pros: Very punctual as they delivered the bouquets at the time they stated they would. And they did get the types of flowers correct.
I truly hate to be negative but unfortunately I did not have a good experience so here are the cons:
I sent photos of exactly the types of bouquets I wanted to have for the big day... apparently visual aids are not enough. Like stated previously they got the species of flowers correct, but there were supposed to be pearls and feathers in the bouquets. I was charged for "bling" as she called it and never got any "bling" in the bouquets. For how small and plain the bouquets were it really wasn't worth the $350 I was charged. My overall score is a D because the most important part of a florist's business is the quality of their product.
Their saving grace is their punctuality.
