I could not get a hold of the person in charge of managing my property in a timely manner. Receipts for work done on my property were unavailable on the online portal. It took several months to even set up portal. When I asked to see receipts, I was told they were not going to list every little receipt, rather the charges were lumped together into very vague categories. When I complained that I could not get a hold of the person in charge of managing my property to the main office, they told me I had to talk to her because they could not access any of that information and to keep calling her until she got sick of me calling and finally called me back. I couldn't believe that was how they conducted business. After terminating the contract, I went to rental house, talked with the tenants and they said they had the same experience from there end. I looked at repairs around the house that I was charged, for but most of the repairs weren't even completed. Other repairs did not warrant the cost charged by the way they were done and others had been billed several times, but still had not even been done.
