The company we ended up going with for this repair we found on Angie's List. That company called me multiple times to let me know when they would be arriving, which was during a huge snowstorm. I had to call Raven twice to get them to come perform the initial inspection. They then sent out a technician who was unfriendly and seemed inexperienced. He just went through his "checklist" and then left. I had to call Raven and ask for the report (which didn't come until 7/22/13) and the office secretary emailed it to me.
