Petros Inc

Description of Work: We had a swamp cooler leak over our dining room area which caused extensive water damage to t he ceiling and surrounding area. Being new to the area, a friend suggested Petros Inc. Thadd Harris came out immediately and helped survey the damage and helped make suggestions and offered to help with the insurance adjuster to make sure all aspects were covered. After the adjuster gave the OK to go ahead, Thadd Harris who is president of Petros Inc. arranged for the work to be done be calling subcontracting agents and followed up to make sure the work was done timely, expediently and professionally. I was called each day to give me an update and tell me what would happen that day and when. The workers arrived in timely fashion and worked around my schedule. The job was done well and is as good or better than when we moved in 8 months ago and came in a little under the estimate. I strongly recommend Thadd and his company and will use them again if the need arises.
