Description of Work: I used Pace Handyman Services LLC. He did dry wall repair on two ceilings, painted two ceilings and a hallway. He did some repair on a swamp cooler vent, replaced it and repaired the area around it. The project he did last fall was assisting with installing an outdoor hot tub which included getting a 220 line to the area with all that entails trenching, wiring, etc. He also built a vents around the spa area.
