They did a great job.  They were professional.  They showed up on time.  They did not try to sell me any other parts that I did not need.  They gave maintenance instructions.  A lot of companies don’t do this stuff.  They said that it was a good unit and they suspected that it was the control board and so they replaced it.  I don’t have anything for them to improve on.  Actually, everything went great.

Everything went well.  They did a great job and sought approval of their work before being paid.  They were dog-friendly as well which I liked.
