As it turned out, 1 spring was broken, able to replace on this visit. Felt they were honest, competent service provider.

Provider was easy to reach, punctual, and demonstrated excellent expertise.   Provided options (e.g. repair vs replacement) and costs related to both, did not push the higher cost replacement option even though initially I had thought might be the way to go given the age of my unit.  He was available by phone to address a subsequent question.  He was also was able to provide me with a replacement second remote; seems to be well equipped.

They were excellent and they went way beyond what was asked of them. The cost of the service was just a little over $100 and I have not had any issues with the garage door since the service was provided. I know that everybody else that has used them rated them as A+. The quality of their work, their responsiveness and their punctuality were excellent. They were also very professional. I sure would use them again in the future.

The installation went very well. The opener was 18 years old and the internal parts had given up the ghost. The parts were completely worn down and needed replacing. We were told that nothing else needed replacing. It took 30 minutes to do the job. Garage door works very well now. We highly recommend Monument Garage Door
We had a couple of other estimates and they wanted to replace other parts at a lot more money.

I'd arranged to get three estimates to replace a garage door at home. Ryan came in with the best price. However, it was not just the price that won us over. He also took the time to diagnose our broken garage door opener and tell us what it would take to fix it. Ryan gives you the sense of a real "can-do" attitude. You can also sense his integrity. He is personable and friendly. Thus, Monument was our choice.
Ryan showed up at scheduled. Actually, he was a little early (we agreed on the earlier time). The work took almost precisely 2.5 hours (which he told me it would). He removed the old garage door (and got rid of it) and replaced it with a good quality new door. Ryan also replaced a switch on the garage door opener (which cost $8) and charged $35 in labor. He replaced two sensors for free (since he had the parts from another job he'd completed recently).
We were very pleased with Monument and Ryan's work. We'd strongly recommend him and use them again in the future.

After damaging my garage door by closing it on top of a trash bin, I called Monument Garage Door. I spoke to Ryan and explained the damage. The next morning he arrived at *:15 am to assess the damage. Ryan saved me approximately $500.00 because he was able to replace a broken glass window, straighten the crushed panel and had the door in working order the very next day. Ryan's service was excellent and his prompt service speaks volumes for the company.

Ryan picked up the phone when called, and we scheduled appointment for same day afternoon.
However, we has able to come early do to appointment changes on his end.
He replaced the springs as a set because it seems likely that the second spring will break soon after first. (old springs were 15 years old).
Work was performed fast and professional as far as I can tell.

I called Monument Garage Door and talked to Ryan I told him that my garage door would not open and I made an appointment for the following week. He called me back about 30 minutes later and told me he was close by and could stop by to see if he could fix it right away instead of waiting for next week. He came right over, looked at the problem, told me what was wrong, what it would take to fix it (both time and $) and was able to fix it in about 1 hour. He did a great job, was very professional and I believe the price was reasonable for both parts and labor. I would definitely use this company again or recommend them.

Ryan returned my call promptly. Came to give me an estimate and then ordered the door the same day. He installed it in 3 hours and all of it works correctly and with less strain on the garage door opener than the old wooden, hole ridden door. His price is less than half of the competitor that also gave me a bid.
