Never a complaint. Don"t understand negative comments. Weed are hard to handle. You just have to stay after them.

Customer service is horrible they do not respond very well at all. If you schedule a spray with them it takes weeks for them to come out. The owner is not professional at all. Very rude. They spray for weeds and they do not go away and they have a warranty but when it comes to using it they will try to find a way out of it. I will never use them or recommend them.

I paid for a year to get a discount, and it was a big discount; I think it was 10% to 15% discount. They assured that our pets are nice and safe. The quality of their work was good. In fact I had a question and they came back and answered it promptly. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were here when they said they would be.

We have approximately 9 acres that MTM took care of. Their herbicide does not work, or the application was poor because we had large weed patches that they did not do a thing about. They allegedly used a pesticide as well, but we had crickets and ants bad. Again they were rather unresponsive and then when they did it seemed pretty half-hearted and ineffective. The price was excellent but the work was unacceptable so even though it was cheaper than anyone else I felt like we wasted our money on them.

"After reading your feedback and reviewing the account I would like to take a moment and respond in kind. Congratulations on your newly elected position to HOA board president in October 2011. I understand that this is a new position for you and having not been a member of the board for these past 2 1/2 years you may not be aware of what Mesa Turf Masters has been contracted to do for the association. Per our agreement with the former HOA president we have been treating 15-acres of HOA turf area two times per season, once in May and again in August, with fertilizer and post emergent herbicide as well as some bare ground weed control. Our contract originated in the fall of 2009 and has continued thru the fall of 2011. Our contract does not cover, and has never covered, any applications related to crickets or ants as we are not licensed for “structural” applications. We would have recommended to the board to request an estimate from a licensed service provider to address that need provided we were asked to do so. As to your statement of us being “rather unresponsive”, I’m a bit confused about this. We have to this date not been contacted by the board in regards to them being unhappy with our services. The only contact outside of our board interaction has been your request for an estimate of services made to our office on Friday, January 13, 2011 two days after you filed this posting.
