We were planning a week-end trip and needed someone reliable to care for our dogs. Obviously we got the wrong information. We called and left messages and never received a response. I would think even if the person was booked they would at least respond and say they had no openings. Very disappointed in the lack of response and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't refer either the pet sitter or Angies list. I feel I have been ripped off. I paid good money for nothing.
