I shop at Lowes frequently and am always impressed by how clean and well stocked it is. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is huge and varied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They had the perfect size and price of "Goo Gone" and the watering can I had been looking for. I'm glad we have a Lowes here.

The installer was very professional and adept at installing the blinds.  He completed all 7 windows in about 1 1/2 hours.  He brought his own large trash bag and put all of the trash into it. He had measured the windows several weeks before and had them cut to size at the store.  They all fit perfectly.  Lowes followed up by phone the next day to make sure everything was working all right and informed me that there is a 1 year warranty on the installation.  The entire process of ordering and installing the blinds was amazingly easy. The price was great and as a veteran I received a 10% discount which is greatly appreciated.

Went to Lowes, paid pre-installation fee (which is deducted from the installation fee), got a call an hour later from the pre-installation contractor, met him at my house half an hour later and he was done in 20 minutes.  And this was on Saturday.  I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days and take time off work but it was all done within 2 hours. Great service.

The total cost included the cost of the door and the installation.  It was very good.  They did a good job.  The door is really nice, it still is there and it is doing what it is supposed to do.  They guy was really nice and was fast. 

My overall experience with them was really good.  I like their professionalism.  They have good selection of carpet to choose from.

I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AREA,LOOKING FOR A SALESMAN. WHAT I DID WAS SEARCH FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I HAD TO LEAVE THE BATH AREA TO FIND SOMEONE IN FLOORING. THAT PERSON ACTED LIKE I HAD ASK HIM TO SHINE MY SHOES. HE GRUDGINGLY SAID THEY WOULD CALL SOMEONE. I RETURNED TO BATH TO WAIT FOR A SALESMAN TO COME. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I DECIDED TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK. THE CLERK WAS NICE ENOUGH AND CALLED FOR HELP. I WENT BACK TO BATH TO WAIT. TEN MINUTES LATER I CAUGHT A SALESMAN PASSING BY AND ASK FOR HELP. HE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED ME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT HIS AREA. WE DECIDED ON ONE AND HE HELPED ME LOAD IT. 
     DUE TO MY CONTRACTOR NOT GETTING TO THE TOILET FOR NINETY FIVE DAYS, UPON OPENING THE BOX WE FOUND IT WAS MISSING THE TANK LID AND CONNECTING PARTS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE  AND FOUND THAT THEY NO LONGER CARRIED THAT BRAND AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT BECAUSE IT WAS OVER NINETY DAYS. I UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY BUT THE CLERK WAS VERY ABRUPT IN TELLING ME THIS INFORMATION.
      I LEFT, SHOOK THE DUST OFF MY FEET, AND WENT TO HOME DEPOT. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE COST ME OVER $500.00 BECAUSE I HAD TO BUY TWO TOILETS. THE REST OF MY HARDWARE CAME FROM HOME DEPOT, WHERE I GOT GREAT SERVICE. LOWE'S IS DEFINITELY OFF MY LIST FOR HARDWARE.

I have nothing but good things to say about them.  There were a couple little minor things that happened but they made it right.  They were very professional and if there was anything I didn’t like they took care of it right away.  Before they left we went over everything to make sure it was up to our standards.  They were a little more spendy but we wanted to pay for the warranty.

When the installers arrived, they admitted they had less than seven years experience between the two of them. We told them that was not what we had requested and asked them to wait while we called Lowes. They drove off without unloading the carpet! When we talked to Lowes, we repeated (to the manager, the district manager, and the corporate office) that we wanted experienced installers on this job. Lowe's elected to refund our money (in full) and NOT TO DO THE JOB AT ALL. We purchased similar carpet at another store and found that Lowes had also overcharged us by twenty square yards of carpet, so having this provider do the work got us an experienced installer and a lower price.
