First of all I have to say I didn't do my due diligence check. My dental insurance only covers $1500 of their services (why?), but cover up to $2000 for most dental offices. I was impressed by the beautiful office decoration and decided to transfer all my family member to the clinic. Now my daughter is here for a short summer stay. The clinic tried to do as much dental work on her as possible. I was a little concerned about the cost but was reassured that it should all be covered by insurance besides my copay. Well insurance company think their charges are not legit and refused to pay half of it (later I did research and found some of their value-added services are controversial, but you never know until you stuck with the bill). Then I wanted to talk to the clinic to get the charges to the reasonable level but they refuse to badge and send it to collection agency. I was infuriated that they don’t even care about how much you are going to pay out of your pocket, or simply incompetent! Beware! what you see and hear is not what you get. You will be screwed by bad credit!!!

I was so grateful that Dr. Gillis was not critical and spent a lot of time explaining how she would help me. I ended up having three teeth extracted and a root canal at other offices before we began our work. Dr Gillis is a perfectionist and and she made sure everything was exactly right. I ended up with a beautiful smile and have never regretted the time or money spent. I continue to go back for cleaning and checkups on a regular basis.

She is absolutely wonderful. The office is beautiful. Her dental assistants are great. I just love them. I think they're wonderful. I usually have to get a refund from them a few months later.

It went very well, I have gone to Dr. Gillis for a couple of years and she saved me from having dentures. The dentist I had before her, only wanted to pull my teeth out every time I went in to see him. She fixed my teeth and they are pretty. Dr. Gillis likes her work and makes you feel very comfortable. Explains everything to you before she does it and tells you how much it's going to cost. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life and she is the best. Oh yes her whole staff is wonderful and her office is very well equipped. She knows what she is doing.

The overall experience was very pleasant. The office is immaculate and amazingly decorated and the staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Gillis seems to do a lot more than just basic dentistry, but she is still very kind to those of us going in for just a regular cleaning. The office doesn't accept Blue Cross, Blue Shield insurance so I'll probably find a different dentist eventually, but she was an excellent dentist!!

My dentist is fantastic. I have been going to her for 10 years. I will absolutely use her again.

She is just across the hall from my office. She is a really good dentist. They are awesome.
