Quick call back after leaving message. Responded that day to our
location and gave us a written quote. The next day I called and told them
I would like the job scheduled. They called back that day and set up
a date and time to perform the job at my convience. They showed up
early, completed the job that day, clean up was excelent and they
thanked me for the work.

The berm removal was excellent. The tree trimming was done by an inexperienced worker, not the owner, and was poorly done. I could have trimmed it as effectively myself.

Tuesday night (same day as the estimate ) we had a 50-60 mile/hour wind storm that blew the tree down into the fence and neighbor's yard. I called Javier to ask him to come the next day to take care of it. He did! Excellent job and clean up.

This tree service did an EXCELLENT job. Very prompt, very polite and friendly and very thorough.

Arrived when he said he would, took time to do it right, offered advice as to type of trees to replace ine we had to cut dow, trimmed trees look the best they ever have, he competly cleaned up and hauled away all of the limbs and leaves.

We absolutely recommend him.

The day I called Jand G they came over to give me an estimate. The estimate was much less than I thought I'd have to pay (compaired to what I had to pay when I had a tree removed from my back yard by another company a few yrs ago). They did have equipment trouble (I was informed immediately) on the day that they were going to come and remove the trees, but it was rescheduled for the following Saturday. They arrived and did a tremendous job! They were very nice to work with, worked efficiantly and cleaned up everything beautifully.

They were the cheapest around. They were very affordable. They had some equipment issues on another job so they had to leave but they came back the same day and finished the job. They were as professional as they needed to be.

Gary, the owner of this company, came out within 3 hours after I called him to give me an estimate. I hesitated because he was so much cheaper than the other estimates I got, and I thought maybe he wouldn't be that good. But, I couldn't afford to spend a lot and I'm so glad I chose him because he was great! He did the job which I hired him for and he cleaned up the mess. I will definitely use him again if I need a professional tree person.

They were very timely from the estimate to the day the work was done. The price for removing four trees was very reasonable and the crew was very courteous, professional and tidy. I highly recommend J and G Tree Service.
