It seemed like they did a pretty good job. They had appointments that were scheduled. The times were there for what I needed. They have a video that you could watch while you're waiting.

He has done all of my exams here since 2002.  He will soon perform cataract surgery for me.  He did the same for my spouse in 2009 with excellent results.  He always remembers me, by name, and my eye conditions, even before opening my chart.  We always have a brief personal discussion during my visits.  I have no interest in visiting another ophthalmologist.

It went very well, The nurse done the exam and made notes. When Dr. Gray came in he was very pleasant. He looked at my eyes and told me what I needed. He gave me plenty of time to ask questions and talk to him.

I have gone to this office for years and will keep going.

Dr. Czarnecki is very professional and knowledgable in his field.  Explains problems (if any) and takes the time to talk with me.

Everything was perfect. I called Grey Eyecare on a Monday and they were able to see me the next day as my situation required quick follow-up care. The office staff was helpful and found a way to fit me in their busy schedule understanding how important it was that I see one of their doctors for follow up care. Upon arrival, I filled out the necessary forms, was seen in a timely manner and everyone I spoke with was professional and pleasant. When I checked out, the office staff was again, very polite and friendly. I was sent a bill after the office submitted the claim to my insurer and after I paid my copay, the office sent a full statement of my treatment. Everything was helpful, efficient, friendly and my eye is in great shape.

Everyone in the office was very professional. We didn't have to wait long to get in for our exams. We will definitely go there again.

Check in was welcoming and painless.  We were introduced to the technicians that would be taking the information.  We were made comfortable and information was taken, health and family history were recorded.  An explanation of each step of the exam was explained.  I was made to feel comfortable with each stage before we went on.  All my questions were answered.  Dr. Czarnecki spoke calmly and personably throughout the exam.  The results of the exam were explained and what was expected of me for future follow ups.  I was escorted  to the front desk, given the appropriate check out paperwork, and was invited to call with any questions.

He is very professional. His staff is knowledgeable. They all show concern with my eye care. My overall experience is excellent. I will continue to use them in the future.

The appointment went very well. I see whichever doctor is available at that time. They are very efficient and straight forward. They are easy to get to. They do all kinds of things. They check your eyes to see if everything is okay. The price is very good.

We go to the best guy in town. The experience was very good. He was very attentive; he did the surgery very well. He does everything very well. He is the only doctor I haven’t had to wait hours.
