I called to see if I could get someone to come look at my ancient furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. They didn't have one of their regular service techs available, so the pulled a project manager out of his work to come to my house and take a look. He was very nice, and after looking at the furnace, he replaced a part and got the heat back on. He recommended I get the 38 year old furnace replaced, an offered his help even if I found someplace else to buy it. I will recommend them any time!
