What a relief! Tim responded very quickly, diagnosed and explained the problems and was able to complete the repairs the same day. He was extremely professional, friendly and saved us from a freezing house! Hurray for Tim! He even followed up the next day to ensure we were happy and warm. Great service from these guys, We had to reschedule my swamp cooler 3 times due to weather, and they still got me in and done within a month. Explained everything to my understanding, They did not talk to me, they talked with me, which is a relief as some companies do not do this, I would recommend, they have great service and great pricing !!!

I truly did not think this level of quality, communication and efficiency existed anymore in companies. I could not have been more thrilled. Plumber AND roofers could not figure out what was causing a leak into my home. GJ Appliance not only were on time (who does that anymore??), but quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. They answered all my questions and even took photos to explain. When the employees speak highly of their boss - that's impressive. THANK YOU!!!

Timâ s communication skills are wonderful! Everything was written in detail cost of what his company was going to do to replace our old A/C with a new one. They did a great job and great follow up afterwards on the unit too!!! We would highly recommend them!

My Breeze air swamp cooler was shutting down consistently leaving me unable to work or sleep because the house was a 100 degrees. I called every business on line I could find for help, only to hear it would take them 3 weeks to get out here. GJ appliances was my last call, and they showed up the very next day. Robert and Tim diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes and were able to get it back up and running in no time! They were extremely knowledgeable and passed on great information to help me in the future. Super friendly and honest I could tell as well. Highly Highly recommended!

Tim was very friendly, efficient, honest, fair, and prompt. He scheduled the job within a couple of days of the initial visit. He explained things very well. There were no added costs, in fact, we got more for the original price than expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A fantastic company that I would highly recommend! Within an hour of calling their company for help, they were at my door taking a look at my broken swamp cooler. It was a 100+ degree day, and even on such short notice, they had a new, more efficient, swamp cooler on my roof before the afternoon heat hit. They were very friendly and walked me through the new unit and the control panel. They even knocked down a huge wasp nest hanging out between my gutters for me. So thankful for their kindness, support, and expertise. â ¥ï¸ Anyone in GJ needing help, hit these guys up first!
